FAQ

• Register/Login for Price Please register a new account or login to your existing account to view prices. After registering a new account, we will check and approve your account so you can view prices. We generally give approval in 1-2 hours but sometimes it may take 1-2 days incase of of holidays. Please write to us an on email info@strongbong.in if it takes longer than that.

• Price All prices are in USD FOB incoterms.

• Shipping Cost is calculated based on your order items, quantity and delivery address.
  An email will be sent regarding shipping costs and options (By Air or Sea)
  after we receive your order.
  Please mention your preferred shipping option (Air/Sea) in the additional notes

• FOB/EXW Orders Customers also have the option to use their own logistics partner. We request you to mention the shipping terms (FOB/EXW) in the Additional Notes section at the time of placing your order.

• Production Lead Time varies between 25days to 65days and depends on your order items and quantities. An email will be sent regarding the lead time after we receive and evaluate your order.

• Payments We DO NOT collect any payments on this website, after receiving the order, we will send an email regarding shipping costs, lead time, payment terms. After confirmation of the same, we will send the Proforma Invoice for deposit payment.

• Sampling Policy If you wish to receive and evaluate samples before placing a larger order, kindly write to us on our email: info@strongbong.in
  Samples cost and Courier charges will be as applicable and will be refunded if you decide to place an order.

• Trial / Test Orders Incase you wish to order lesser MOQ than mentioned, please write to us on email info@strongbong.in and we can check the possibility for it.

• Customisation We offer customization (OEM & ODM) for our products and packaging as well. Custom Logo, Custom packaging box, Custom display box. Please contact us on email for any customization inquiries info@strongbong.in
